Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Analyst to join our Technology & Agency Services team at Canvas Worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for our endpoints, including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and other devices.
- Monitor and respond to technical requests via Zendesk ticket queue and Teams support channel.
- Assist in maintaining our technical knowledge base and inventory.
- Work with desktop support and vendors to identify and resolve systemic issues.
- Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks for accounts and equipment.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in a comparable position.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong familiarity with MS Office 365, SharePoint, Intune, Azure, and Adobe.
- Understanding of cloud computing services, including Microsoft, Google, and AWS.
