Job Summary:

Expleo Group is seeking a skilled Automotive Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing expert technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
  • Analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain and update technical records and documentation related to vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their issues, explain technical details, and provide updates on repair status.
  • Manage and order automotive parts and equipment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are in working order.
  • Support mechanics and technicians in performing repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff or new hires as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and repair procedures.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • English and French mandatory.
