Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team at Innova Solutions. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company culture, values, and hiring requirements to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the best candidates for the role.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for the position.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve recruitment-related issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
