About the Role

Virtuoso, Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of our data products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our data portfolio, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize product opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, using data to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business intelligence, member/partner relations, and subject matter experts to identify and prioritize product opportunities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and financial targets.
  • Lead the development of a product vision and strategy, working closely with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and performance of data products.
  • Own the P&L for Data Products, ensuring alignment with financial targets and contributing to the overall business strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create shared understanding and alignment on strategic goals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-7 years' experience managing digital products and creating business strategies.
  • Experience telling stories with data, building analytics dashboards, and/or working in Tableau preferred.
  • Proven track record of taking a product from concept to launch and adoption.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, even without influence or authority.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use data to rally others around your ideas.
  • Demonstrated success in managing sophisticated projects with competing simultaneous priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Travel Requirements

Infrequent travel may be required to attend company/industry events (1-3 trips per year). Travel will be primarily domestic but may include some international.
