We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Core Experience product, focusing on search innovation and AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Search product
- Drive product adoption, engagement, and growth
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to end-of-life
- Keep up with rapidly evolving search technologies like Natural Language Search (NLS) to ensure our search products meet the needs of our customers and delivered quickly to capture user feedback and insights to learn and iterate
- Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and adjacent product teams to ensure search products scale and provide meaningful impact to end-users
- Actively define product roadmap prioritization and create business cases for new opportunities
- Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years product management experience creating product strategy, defining product roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, and setting product vision
- 3+ years of experience working with AI/ML technologies preferred
- Experience managing technically complex products that include search experiences, AI, machine learning, recommendations, or related fields
- Familiarity with applying machine learning and AI to enhance user experiences
- Self-directed: sets and meets deadlines, multi-tasks and prioritizes
- Strong bias for action
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional and executive level leaders
- Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what is necessary to meet team goals
- Ability to leverage tools (SQL, MixPanel, FullStory) to quickly access and analyze data to drive product decision making
- Competitive annual base salary: $140,000-180,000
