Citizens Wealth Management is proud to be recognized as a premier provider in the investment sector. To expand our market presence, we are seeking Wealth Management Advisors for Private Clients who can proactively identify and promote a diverse range of investment, insurance, and banking products.

As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will serve as the primary trusted consultant for your clients. Your responsibilities will include meeting with both existing and potential clients to assess their investment and lending requirements. Utilizing your financial planning expertise and our comprehensive planning tools, you will conduct thorough evaluations of clients' assets, income, liabilities, cash flow, and tax situations. You will then analyze investment alternatives, devise investment strategies, and recommend appropriate products based on their individual needs.

Wealth Management Advisors collaborate with various business partners and referral sources to uncover new opportunities. They excel at nurturing existing relationships, leveraging partnership referrals, and engaging in new business development. By fostering strong connections with branch colleagues within their designated territories and through proactive outreach, they are well-positioned to meet and surpass sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify client objectives and goals; monitor progress throughout their financial journey
  • Enhance and deepen relationships with affluent clients in investment, deposit, and lending services
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor who earns referrals from satisfied clients
  • Engage potential clients to promote and sell investment products and services
  • Analyze and evaluate client financial data and information
  • Utilize planning and discovery tools to identify prospective opportunities
  • Develop and present tailored solutions to meet client objectives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement effective solutions
Qualifications and Skills
  • Possession of Series 7 and 63 licenses, along with Life Accident & Health licenses
  • CFP or CRC designation preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Proven track record of building internal partnerships
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience with financial planning tools
  • Familiarity with consumer lending and banking solutions
  • Proficient in digital tools and technologies
  • Experience in investment product referrals and sales
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements to maintain a sound control environment
Compensation and Benefits

This position is commission-based. Historically, individuals in this role have earned between $105,000 and $250,000 annually, depending on performance and productivity against commission plan parameters.
