Sodexo is currently seeking a Multi-Service Operations Supervisor for a prominent healthcare provider.

This organization stands as the largest healthcare provider in its designated region, offering a comprehensive range of services including advanced surgical procedures, trauma care, specialized neonatal services, neurosurgery, and extensive cancer treatment options. Such a robust level of care has positioned this facility as a key referral center within the area.

Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams are dedicated to overseeing housekeeping operations at healthcare facilities, collaborating closely to deliver innovative solutions. These teams are also responsible for enhancing client satisfaction by ensuring exceptional customer service through effective communication with all levels of hospital personnel, as well as diligent follow-through on action items that influence both client and patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive client and patient satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, collaborating with the Infection Control department.
  • Engage with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director.
  • Effectively manage the Unit Operating System.
  • Support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are in search of candidates who:

  • Possess experience in leading and managing teams, inspiring and motivating staff to exceed client and customer expectations in service delivery and technical execution of healthcare housekeeping systems.
  • Have a background in driving customer service and guest satisfaction results within a healthcare setting.
  • Exhibit strong leadership capabilities and can independently ensure program compliance while meeting project deadlines.
  • Are skilled in data analysis and can effectively communicate findings to all organizational levels, particularly in relation to training, leading hospital committees, and managing change.
  • Have a proven track record of managing projects within established timelines.
  • Are results-oriented and prioritize safety.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures.
  • Have experience in vendor and contract management, including union negotiations.
  • Demonstrate a history of improving patient satisfaction and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Bring 3-5 years of prior custodial or housekeeping management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Have strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Can effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Basic Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Basic Management Experience: 3 years.

Basic Functional Experience: 3 years of work experience in facilities management or food services.
