Job Description

At Pure Power Technologies Inc, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Control Systems Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will participate in the design, development, testing, and application of electronic control systems and components used in our fuel system products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test electronic control systems and components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects.
  • Continuously improve existing methods of product testing.
  • Develop new products and apply variations of existing products.
  • Communicate task results and progress through oral and written presentations.

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of electronic hardware.
  • Working knowledge of electronic test equipment and instrumentation.
  • Ability to organize and plan work on small individual tasks.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create electrical schematics and system block diagrams.
  • Basic ability and understanding of programming using LabVIEW, PLC ladder logic, or other embedded control languages.
  • Experience with software controls and software development tools.
  • Prior experience or willingness to learn electromechanical components.

Education and/or Experience:

  • BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of electrical engineering experience.
  • Preferred experience in diesel fuel injection equipment and engine test and development.

Travel Requirements:

Possible travel to customers and suppliers, domestically and internationally.

Physical Requirements:

Essential physical requirements, such as climbing stairs, standing, stooping, or typing.
