- Represent Innovativ Pharma's brand products and their approved indications to external customers, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure that Innovativ Pharma's products are competitive and meet customer needs.
- Meet or exceed sales and other critical business goals and metrics in a highly complex and competitive market.
- Maintain industry credentialing and certifications, and adhere to pharmaceutical sales industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Some successful field sales experience is preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal, selling, presentation, and negotiation skills, with highly developed consultative selling skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives and goals.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and other industry product training.
- Previous experience in achieving specific sales plans or other financial targets is preferred.
