Position Overview

iQuasar is on the lookout for a skilled SAP Integration Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective integration and optimization of business operations across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate seamless integration and automation of business workflows between SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Engage in high-level discussions with executive leadership regarding solution architecture, translating technical jargon into comprehensible insights for informed decision-making.
  • Validate configurations set by system integrators to minimize unnecessary customizations of core SAP functionalities.
  • Evaluate API gateway configurations and provide strategic advice on API development and management across multi-cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Analyze and review modern data architectures, focusing on data integration, governance, and domain-driven design.
  • Assess proposals from system integrators for the integration of cloud-native solutions and SaaS applications.
  • Identify key enablers within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to enhance visibility and support efficient development processes.
  • Examine integration and orchestration requirements to improve data exchange between system components and external partners.
  • Collaborate with data architecture teams to ensure alignment between application best practices and enterprise data models.
  • Provide validation and verification of technical solutions proposed by system integrators.
  • Support acquisition activities, including market research and prototype development.
  • Document technical requirements for system integration contractors.
  • Work alongside solution architects to understand and harmonize business process workflows.
  • Contribute to the creation of essential acquisition and contracting documents.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, integrating diverse stakeholder requirements into comprehensive technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and advocate for effective prototype solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Defense Business Systems or large-scale ERP software development.
  • Strong background in Application Program Interfaces (API).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with integration platforms.
  • SAP Certified Solution Architect with over 10 years of expertise in SAP products and tools.
  • Specialization in areas such as SAP ECC, NetWeaver, SAP BASIS, HANA database, and S/4 HANA.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and produce high-quality results under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree.
  • Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), HANA, and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).
  • Knowledge of modern data mesh architectures.
  • Certifications in agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of Army business processes and ERP systems.
