Key Responsibilities:
As a Solutions Architect, you will:

  • Facilitate engaging discussions with HR, IT, and business leaders to define architectural needs.
  • Translate and document requirements based on architectural best practices, creating comprehensive functional solution architecture documents.
  • Collaborate with technical architects and functional consultants to develop technical specifications for custom developments and systems integration.
  • Identify solution gaps and propose effective closure strategies.
  • Provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with leading practices.
  • Work closely with project teams to adapt plans based on customer-specific scenarios.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to functional and integration requirements.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, contributing to deployment plans and process gap analyses.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification, along with additional certifications in other SAP SF HCM modules.
  • Experience as a lead consultant in multiple global SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to engage with clients at an executive level.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • Broad knowledge of various SuccessFactors modules and their interdependencies.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors integration techniques with third-party systems.
