Job Description

Schlossmann Subaru City of Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Sales and Vehicle Acquisitions Consultant to join their team.

This is an opportunity to leverage your knowledge of the automotive industry and passion for customer service to drive sales and growth.

The Sales and Vehicle Acquisitions Consultant will be responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with current and prospective customers, providing them with superior service and individualized advice.

This is a full-time, commission-only sales position with a competitive pay structure and incredible growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with customers through sales and vehicle acquisition.
  • Provide advisement on best purchasing decisions and options.
  • Responsible for achieving sales goals and providing excellent service.
  • Gather information from customers about their needs and wants to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Ability to research current and upcoming models and market trends.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in auto sales and acquisitions.
  • 1-3 years of related auto sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret customer needs.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain high levels of attention to detail.
