Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to source and attract high-caliber candidates for non-exempt positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate and compelling job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit the company culture.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and educational institutions to foster talent pipelines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience within the Engineering or Construction industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary in the 70K range, 5% bonus potential, great benefits, and work/life balance with the ability to work from home 2 days each week.
