KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their accommodations.
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles as directed by management.
  • Ensure a positive first impression through excellent service and a professional appearance.
  • Maintain a customer-focused demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Driving record must meet the standards for coverage under our insurance policies.
• Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and staff.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
