Key Responsibilities- Guest Communication: Respond to guest calls and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Special Requests: Coordinate and fulfill special guest requests, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience for each guest.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with department leaders and colleagues to ensure seamless execution of guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, hotel services, and local surroundings to provide informed responses and recommendations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, taking reservations and handling guest folios, invoicing, and billing with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Think creatively to resolve guest stay areas of opportunity, recover service issues, and exceed guest expectations.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in a hotel operations environment and customer service.
- Skills: Basic math skills, ability to communicate clearly, and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
This role requires sitting for up to 6 hours a day, occasional walking and standing, and the ability to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
The pay scale for this position is $23.26.
