Job Summary

You will work closely with the Service Operations Manager and Service Operations Assistant Manager to achieve front-end productivity goals while maintaining superior guest service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Relations: Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests upon entry and departure.
  • Service Counter Management: Assist in managing all Service Counter functions, including Money Gram, Utility Payments, Money Orders, and Select A Seat.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and ensure proper checking and bagging techniques are being used.
  • Front End Flow Management: Help manage front-end flowcharts to ensure team members are sent on breaks at the appropriate time and ensure they are sent home on time.
  • Cleanliness and Appearance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the entire front-end, including check stands, floors, exterior front of store, parking lot, etc.
  • Guest and Team Member Safety: Assist with overall guest and team member safety.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as requested or required by management.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma preferred.
  • Ability to perform all physical aspects of the job, including bending, squatting, lifting, climbing, and walking.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
  • Ability to function as a team member and get along with others.
