About the Role

The Lenovo Workstation Specialty Leader will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experience across the Lenovo Workstation portfolio. This leader will play a critical role in aligning with the NA strategy and will be based in Morrisville, NC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Manage sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • At least 2 years previous sales team leadership and/or management required
  • PC Industry/IT Hardware sales preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and ability to influence others
  • Demonstrated experience in showing quarter over quarter growth in sales revenue with large accounts

Preferred Requirements

  • Previous field (outside) sales experience and inside sales experience preferred
  • PC Industry/IT Hardware sales preferred
  • Must have worked in a quota-carrying sales environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and ability to influence others
  • Demonstrated experience in showing quarter over quarter growth in sales revenue with large accounts

Work Environment

This position requires work in office at our Morrisville, NC campus and work from home weekly.
