We are seeking a Personal Care Coordinator to join our team at Advantage Home Care. This role involves providing personalized support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and enhancing their overall well-being.

Salary Range

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation services.
  • Transport clients to appointments and engage in companionship activities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull clients weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
