About the Role:

  • We are offering an estimated salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A minimum of 12 hours of continuing education is required annually to stay current in best nursing practices.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately assess residents' health status, educational, and environmental needs.
  • Develop and implement dynamic care plans through an interdisciplinary approach.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Manage medication administration, treatments, and IV fluid administrations safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and use critical thinking skills when dealing with changing resident conditions.

Requirements:

  • Educated from an accredited school of nursing resulting in a registered nurse degree.
  • Current RN license in the state of employment.
  • CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
