Foundation Medical Partners - Obesity Medicine Specialist

Position Overview:
Join our dedicated team at Foundation Medical Partners, where we prioritize exceptional patient care in the field of obesity medicine. We are seeking a skilled Obesity Medicine Specialist to enhance our weight management program.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and necessary laboratory tests.
2. Maintain a schedule of 36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours weekly, with no evening or weekend shifts required.
3. Collaborate with a team of 3 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers to deliver comprehensive care.
4. Develop personalized treatment strategies that integrate lifestyle changes, nutritional guidance, behavioral therapy, and medication management as needed.
5. Offer both surgical and non-surgical options for weight management.
6. Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
7. Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and maintain accurate documentation of results.
8. Stay informed about the latest developments in obesity medicine and bariatric treatment.
9. Engage in community outreach and educational programs to promote healthy weight management practices.

Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Obesity Medicine is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience post-training is preferred.
