Job Title: Behavioral Consultant

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Consultant to join our team at Community Autism Services. As a Behavioral Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of providing high-quality, research-based services to individuals with autism and developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each client
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques
  • Collaborate with our team of professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis

Requirements:

  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification required
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (MS in ABA preferred)
  • Minimum of two to three years of consultative experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of assessment, reporting, and Verbal Behavior understanding
  • A client-first focus
