Position Details:

Role Summary:

The Patient Service Representative plays a crucial role in managing the patient check-in process, updating patient records, and handling insurance details. This position also involves operating a multi-line phone system, maintaining medical records, and processing co-pays and cash transactions.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: 1-2 years of recent experience in a medical office or similar role is preferred.
