Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Operations Supervisor to join our team at Crunch - Omaha. In this role, you will oversee the front desk team, ensuring exceptional service to guests. If you have a passion for sales and leadership, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Front Desk Operations: Supervise daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  2. Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives.
  3. Lead Team Members: Supervise, train, and provide guidance to front desk staff. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure all staff are adhering to company policies and meeting sales goals.
  4. Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, address complaints, and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Compensation:

$60,000 - $70,000 per year

Work Schedule:

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday - Friday
