We are seeking an experienced AI Security Specialist to join our Trustworthy & Secure Artificial Intelligence department at MITRE.
In this role, you will research, develop, evaluate, and integrate AI capabilities with a focus on security and trust, particularly for large language models (LLMs).
Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, analyzing AI use cases, prototyping tools, evaluating technology solutions, and leading projects to address complex AI security challenges.
Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, expertise in large language models, advanced Python skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
An advanced degree and prior deployment of AI/ML systems are preferred qualifications. The position requires a minimum of 50% hybrid on-site work.As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of AI security solutions that ensure the trustworthiness and security of AI systems.
