Housing Stabilization Specialist

The Housing Opportunity Center is expanding its housing program to better serve the community in the Greater New Bedford and Bristol County area.

We are seeking a skilled Housing Stabilization Specialist to join our team at PACE Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist eligible families in becoming financially stable and secure in permanent housing.
  • Address barriers to success and provide support to help individuals progress from homelessness to self-sufficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high productivity and flexibility in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Human Services preferred.
  • Computer skills with the ability to perform daily tasks within Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Prior experience in human services, housing, and homelessness services.

Benefits:

  • $19 - $21 per hour (salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience).
  • 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
