Currently, ManTech is seeking a proactive and customer-focused leader to support a significant U.S. Government initiative. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of critical missions and requires specialized technical knowledge in agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The SAFe framework will facilitate the alignment of Agile teams, ensuring effective prioritization of tasks and successful project delivery. Experience with SAFe implementation is essential for modernizing and enhancing capabilities within the relevant portfolio.

The Senior Web Application Developer for the Analytics and Visualization of Legal Returns (ANVIL) team is tasked with maintaining the application that empowers users to visualize, triage, and analyze collections from diverse sources, including user-uploaded legal processes and publicly available information. This position demands proficiency in .NET, C#, Vue3, TypeScript, Python, Jupyter Notebook, Scala, and Databricks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and maintain the web application for analytics and visualization of legal returns (ANVIL).
  • Develop and sustain software components utilizing .NET, C#, Vue3, TypeScript, Python, Jupyter Notebook, Scala, and Databricks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical designs and solutions.
  • Engage in software requirement reviews, preliminary and critical design assessments, integration readiness evaluations, and software acceptance reviews.
  • Serve as a technical lead for pre-proposal, proposal, and ongoing program efforts.
  • Support the program management office in a technical capacity, including briefing clients on organizational capabilities.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for clients on contracts or projects.
  • Engage with senior client personnel on significant technical issues, often necessitating coordinated efforts across various organizational lines.
  • Provide technical mentorship and support to junior software engineers.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in web application development and data analytics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of seven to nine years of experience in web application development or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in .NET, C#, Vue3, TypeScript, Python, Jupyter Notebook, Scala, and Databricks.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining software components using the specified technologies.
  • Experience in analytics and visualization of extensive datasets.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on designing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and emerging trends in web application development and data analytics.
  • Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in web development or related fields are highly desirable.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess a current/active Top Secret clearance.

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,200-$164,600. Various factors can influence the final salary or hourly rate, including Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies aligned with the specified role, geographic location, education, and certifications.
