Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop large-scale data analysis projects, leveraging expertise in data engineering, architecture, and analytics.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, utilizing knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and data visualization tools.
  • Develop and implement strategies for enterprise database systems, setting standards for operations, programming, and security.
  • Deliver advanced visual analytic applications, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Active Top-Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Data Engineer.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with large-scale data sets
  • Experience working on large-scale application development teams
  • SAFe Certified
  • Proven ability to use all Microsoft Office tools
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Git Experience
  • AWS certifications
  • Advanced Analytical Tool Experience
  • Familiar with JIRA and Confluence reporting and analysis
  • At least 6 years of experience with ETL.
  • Database ETL engineers should have experience with Oracle 11g/12c, Sun Solaris OS, Linux (CentOS, Red Hat), and Windows environments.
  • Software/scripting engineers should have experience performing software and scripting engineering for data ingest with Java or Python for ETL.
  • Experience with web services and/or microservices.
  • Experience with ETL tools such as NiFi or Informatica.
  • Experience using software repository tools such as GIT or SVN.
