Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year of experience in office administration.
- Relevant experience may substitute for formal educational requirements.
- Certification or accreditation in the state of employment, or two years of relevant work experience in the designated training area.
- Experience working with youth, alongside excellent communication and computer skills.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and effectively train students.
