Qualifications and Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year of experience in office administration.
  2. Relevant experience may substitute for formal educational requirements.
  3. Certification or accreditation in the state of employment, or two years of relevant work experience in the designated training area.
  4. Experience working with youth, alongside excellent communication and computer skills.
  5. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
