  • Needs-Based Review Process: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
  • Communication: Utilize exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
Requirements
  • Bilingual: Spanish required
  • Customer Service: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
  • Sales Experience: Preferred experience in sales, including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing
  • Licenses: Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License
  • Marketing Goals: Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Marketing Interest: Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
