Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Blain's Farm & Fleet. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service for their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their vehicle needs, providing expert advice and guidance on maintenance and repairs.
  • Utilize computer systems to determine product inventory levels and schedule service work.
  • Explain work orders and invoices to customers, ensuring they understand the services provided.
  • Perform retail cashier duties, processing customer payments and handling cash transactions.
  • Install batteries, balance wheels, and repair/replace tires as needed.
  • Perform oil changes using LOF procedures and demonstrate awareness of Loss Prevention and safety policies.
  • Interpret vehicle inspection results and make recommendations to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous auto repair experience preferred.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
