Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Zimbrick Automotive. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling service appointments, and resolving customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously to customer inquiries and transactions.
  • Schedule service appointments and ensure accurate capture of customer service needs.
  • Resolve customer challenges by using all available resources and offering tailored solutions to meet their automotive needs.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including printing daily reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, and auditing/scanning/filing completed paperwork.
  • Greet, welcome, and direct clients to the appropriate parties.
  • Inspect client vehicles for damage and possible service needs.
  • Move client vehicles in/out of the service drive to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.
  • Wash and dry exterior and vacuum interior of vehicles for clients.
  • Pull client vehicles up front at time of delivery.
  • Maintain loaner and demo vehicles to ensure cleanliness for client use.
  • Perform light maintenance on vehicles, including tire pressure and fluids.
  • Assist with dealership lot and service area maintenance/cleanliness.
  • Continuously look for areas of improvement throughout the dealership.

  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at one time.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and dedicated to customer service.
