Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Specialist at Gordon's. In this position, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash-wrap and surrounding areas.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and floor layout planning.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock ordering.

Requirements:
  • Ability to lift heavy cases and move products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits industry preferred.
  • Driver's license (optional).
