Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Specialist at Gordon's. In this position, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash-wrap and surrounding areas.
- Participate in visual merchandising and floor layout planning.
- Assist with inventory management and stock ordering.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy cases and move products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of wine and spirits industry preferred.
- Driver's license (optional).
