PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Drive Organizational Success - by focusing on business growth, combined with proficiency in areas such as organizational structure, talent development, and employee engagement.

Act as a Reliable Consultant – by guiding leaders across all organizational levels with assurance and trustworthiness.

Specific Responsibilities may include:
HR Consultant for specific client groups

Lead projects for change management initiatives

Collaborate with HR Manager and leadership in strategic planning and implementation

Oversee initiatives related to annual process management (e.g., performance evaluation cycle), workforce planning, diversity & inclusion, etc.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is highly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with a keen eye for detail and precision

Exceptional customer service orientation

Proficient technical skills with a strong command of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access), Visio, and SharePoint; with a readiness to learn and master additional software as necessary

Capability to achieve results in a highly dynamic and ever-evolving environment

Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking abilities – capable of preparing and interpreting HR reports, translating data into actionable insights, and taking appropriate measures to achieve desired business outcomes

Ability to independently lead and manage projects
