**Job Description:**

As a Medical Support Specialist at BioLife Plasma Services, you will be responsible for determining donor eligibility, managing donor adverse events, reviewing laboratory test results, and notifying donors of unsuitable test results. You will also familiarize yourself with regulations of the plasma collection industry or manufacturing environment.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent, including a graduate degree from a recognized nursing program
  • Currently licensed or certified as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state where responsibilities will be assigned
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
  • Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy
  • Satisfactorily complete FDA-approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist
  • Two years' experience in a clinical or hospital setting

**Compensation:**

The estimated U.S. hourly wage range for this position is $25-$35 per hour. In addition, U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives, medical/dental insurance, 401(k) plan, company match, short-term/long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits.
