Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to support the Dynax America HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Kronos HRIS, creating and maintaining employee personnel and medical records, and creating and maintaining employee badges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Kronos HRIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
  • Create and maintain employee personnel and medical records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.
  • Exercise positive employee relations and maintain confidentiality in all matters.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree and 2 years of experience in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
