Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on a large fleet of compression equipment and various rotating machinery.
  • Support Health, Environment, and Safety initiatives by adhering to regulations and company policies during daily operations.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following established safe operating practices.
  • Manage work orders through Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and mobile applications, including pre-work assessments and troubleshooting of rotating equipment.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Strong commitment to company values and safety practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Applied Science or related field, or Military Occupational Specialty in Mechanical Technology.
  • Two years of industrial mechanical experience, particularly with engines, compressors, and pumps.
  • Knowledge of reliability practices for safety and production-related issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain major oil and gas production systems.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and CMMS.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a team-oriented environment.
