As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing routine service and technical support to our customers. You will optimize chemical applications and provide field services tailored to meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chemical application optimization, with attention to precision on chemical inventory levels and drip rates
  • Troubleshoot source of inventory/rate discrepancies
  • Field support of production chemical programs
  • Perform maintenance on chemical pumps
  • Collect samples from wellsite
  • Submit order requests
  • Fresh water shocking/ATP testing
  • Conduct water analyses
  • Deliver chemicals (NonDOT) and rinse chemical tanks
  • Keeping detailed notes in various computer programs according to company policy
Requirements
  • High school graduate or GED
  • 1-3 years in oilfield industry preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to perform minor field mechanical/plumbing tasks
  • CDL preferred, but not required
Work Environment

As a Field Service Technician, you will work indoors and outdoors, with exposure to environmental conditions such as extreme winter weather, precipitation, and wind. You will be subject to road conditions typical within the oilfield. Noise level is typically moderate, occasionally loud.

Language Skills

You must be able to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, safety data sheets (SDSs), operating instructions, and procedure manual. English language fluency in reading, writing, and speaking is required.

Computer Skills

You must be able to efficiently navigate a web browser, mobile applications, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint, etc), electronic timesheets, and programs such as OneNote for keeping field notes.

Work Ethic

We are looking for a trustworthy, dependable, respectful, and truthful individual with a commitment to safety and excellent customer service. You must follow policies and procedures and take responsibility for your own actions.

Must pass a pre-employment drug test, and background check
