Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with all company safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
  • Execute field service requirements, including assembly, installation, torque/test, maintenance, and service of wellheads.
  • Perform customer property equipment repairs.
  • Organize and coordinate customer work assignments to achieve quality, customer service, and delivery requirements.
  • Report field issues through field non-conformance reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work within a team to optimize shop and onsite performance.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing on-time and competent service.
  • Maintain service units, including maintenance, tools, and inventory of spare parts.
  • Complete documentation accurately and completely in accordance with regulations and policies.
  • Accurately complete field service tickets, rental tickets, and customer required documents.
  • Participate in developing a strong service team through cross-training and sharing knowledge with others.
Requirements
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to safety.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Must meet the physical demands and requirements of the job, including regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Valid Driver's License.
Experience
  • Wellhead installation and maintenance experience of 2+ years.
  • Knowledge and understanding of a large cross-section of OEM wellhead equipment is a bonus.
  • Gate Valve knowledge and repair experience.
