Position Overview

The salary range for this full-time role is $47,900 - $62,300, based on qualifications. Our salary structures are influenced by role, level, and location, with individual compensation determined by job-related skills, experience, education, and market demand. Your recruiter will provide specific salary details and benefits during the hiring process.

In this position, you will cultivate, develop, and sustain business relationships with key accounts. You will act as the primary liaison for customers and engage in all facets of account management, focusing primarily on order fulfillment (including order processing, scheduling, warehousing, and transportation) while also participating in marketing, sales, credit, advertising, and product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and providing status updates.
  • Streamline internal processes to guarantee prompt delivery and resolve order-related issues.
  • Prepare sales quotes and manage electronic order processing.
  • Coordinate special requirements such as invoicing, packing, and labeling with relevant departments.
  • Maintain customer guidelines and ensure adherence to vendor agreements.
  • Monitor pricing discrepancies, credit issues, and chargebacks.
  • Stay informed about export compliance and international shipping regulations.
  • Collaborate with brand managers and the sales team to address customer needs and understand market dynamics.
  • Work closely with credit analysts to ensure timely shipment of customer orders.
Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Salesforce, and ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of product offerings.
  • Understanding of the sales process, including market and sales cycle knowledge.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Analytical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with export compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to relate to diverse individuals from various cultures and backgrounds, establishing trust between customers and the company.
