Insurance Business Development Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to meet with customers
- Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Work alongside the agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Property & Casualty license (Must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (Must be able to obtain)
