Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Lead the analysis, documentation of the requirement, and working with the implementation team to deliver features that meet business requirements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
  • Provide training to end-users on new or updated Salesforce features.
  • Act as a point of contact for user support, addressing issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
  • Monitor and report on system performance, user adoption, and data quality.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience, including 2-3 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a collaborative environment.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator.
  • Some level of Agile / Scrum training.
