Plasma Center Donor Coordinator

As a Plasma Center Donor Coordinator at BioLife, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plasma donation center in Hampton, VA. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting donors, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

As a Plasma Center Donor Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Plasma Center Manager and other team members to ensure the success of our plasma donation center.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring their safety and well-being
- Screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
- Prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records using our Donor Information System
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company-approved procedures
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals who possess high school diplomas or equivalent, with experience working in customer-facing roles. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $16.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits. You will also receive up to 80 hours of sick time per calendar year, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
