Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator to lead our nursing team in providing exceptional patient care. As a RN Unit Coordinator, you will demonstrate proficiency in nursing practice and provide clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead safety and quality initiatives
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and learning
  • Develop and implement effective workflows
  • Cultivate staff satisfaction and promote excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will possess 18 months of nursing experience and a BSN degree. Our hospital offers a Generous Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Assistance for qualified candidates.
