KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and HR teams to collect requirements for reports, interfaces, extensions, and integrations.
  • Provide in-depth domain knowledge to convert business and system requirements into design documentation.
  • Hands-on development experience with Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM modules (Core HR and Payroll).
  • Work alongside a team of developers to support existing HCM Extracts, BI Interfaces, Reports, Fast Formulas, and new initiatives.
  • Partner with project and delivery managers to estimate and formulate the overall implementation strategy for your area of expertise, coordinating tasks with internal and external resources.
  • Create optimizations and efficiencies through scripting or other tools.
  • Collaborate with clients to finalize key design elements of data conversions and reports.
  • Possess a solid understanding of cloud architecture and design.
  • Address technical issues and provide support for development tasks.
  • Lead the technical design and development of data conversions and reports.
  • Validate technical designs and confirm unit testing of reports and data conversions.
  • Support solution validation during various phases of testing and deployment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in developing data conversions and reports in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, having completed at least two full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
  • Proficient in HDL, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Hands-on development experience with Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM modules (Core HR and Payroll).
  • Ability to work effectively within a project team.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in consulting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation experience.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with OTL.
