- Work closely with clients to finalize key design elements for data conversions and reporting.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of cloud architecture and design principles.
- Assist the team with technical challenges and support development tasks.
- Lead the technical design and development of data conversions and reporting solutions.
- Validate technical designs and ensure thorough unit testing of reports and data conversions.
- Support solution validation during the phases of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go Live.
You are decisive and proactive in dynamic situations. You leverage customer insights to guide the development of innovative solutions. You excel in resource allocation and foster collaboration across teams. You maintain open communication with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Over 10 years of professional experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in developing data conversions and reports within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, having completed a minimum of two full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
- Proficient in HDL, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
- Hands-on development experience with Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM modules (Core HR and Payroll).
- Ability to work effectively within a project team.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Consulting experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
