Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Skills: Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud, HDL, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Consulting Experience: Experience working as a consultant or in a consulting environment.
  • Technical Writing: Experience writing technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects from initiation to delivery.
