Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Business Analysts and HR teams to gather specifications for reports, interfaces, extensions, and integrations.
  • Utilize your domain knowledge to translate business and system requirements into comprehensive design documents.
  • Demonstrate hands-on development skills in Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM modules, including Core HR and Payroll.
  • Support a team of developers in maintaining existing HCM Extracts, BI Interfaces, Reports, Fast Formulas, and new initiatives.
  • Work alongside project and delivery managers to provide estimates and develop implementation plans for your area of expertise, coordinating tasks with both internal and external resources.
  • Develop optimization and automation solutions through scripts or other tools.
  • Collaborate with clients to finalize key design elements for data conversions and reports.
  • Possess a solid understanding of cloud architecture and design principles.
  • Assist the team with technical challenges and provide support for development tasks.
  • Lead the technical design and development of data conversions and reports.
  • Validate technical designs and confirm unit testing of reports and data conversions.
  • Support solution validation during SIT, UAT, and Go Live phases.
Candidate Profile:
You are decisive and proactive in dynamic and unpredictable situations. You leverage customer insights to guide the development of innovative solutions. You excel in resource allocation and foster collaboration across the organization, encouraging open dialogue with various stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in developing data conversions and reports in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, having completed at least two full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
  • Proficient in HDL, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Hands-on development experience in Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM modules (Core HR and Payroll).
  • Ability to work effectively within a project team.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Consulting experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in OTL.
