Fit Expert

  • Dependability and a flexible schedule (including a mix of days, evenings, holidays, and weekend availability).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales; seasoned sales professionals (10+ years) preferred.
  • A positive demeanor and a willingness to work in a vibrant, energetic environment daily.
  • The ability to make customers feel appreciated.
  • A desire to lead by example and inspire those around you to excel.

Sales Lead

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree from an accredited institution and 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 1+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred; seasoned sales professionals (10+ years) preferred.
  • Leadership qualities such as excellent customer service skills, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, sound decision-making skills, effective delegation, and the capacity to efficiently manage daily tasks.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
  • An openness to feedback and adaptability to changing priorities.
