Job Overview

About the Role

The Operating Room Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless surgical experiences. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and monitor patient reactions
  • Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective surgical procedures
  • Maintain accurate medical records and reports
Requirements
  • CURRENTLY LICENSED TO PRACTICE AS A REGISTERED NURSE BY STATE OF EMPLOYMENT OR HOLDS A MULTISTATE RN LICENSE THROUGH THE INTERSTATE NURSE LICENSURE COMPACT REQUIRED.
  • BLS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ORIENTATION COMPLETION.

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
