- Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure that our culinary operations are financially sustainable.
- Participate in menu planning and development, ensuring that our offerings are innovative, delicious, and meet the expectations of our guests.
- Train and develop our culinary team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- 3+ years of experience in full service culinary operations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Experience in supervision and training of employees, with a focus on developing and retaining a high-performing team.
- Cruise industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
